To secure your dates for any of our 2026 concert experiences (Country Thunder, Coachella, Stagecoach, Joshua Tree, or Burning Man), a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your specific dates and camper setup, and it will be applied toward your total rental cost.

Your remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event start date. For high-demand concerts or last-minute bookings, we may require payment sooner. Your specific payment deadline will be clearly stated in your booking agreement.

Yes! You can make partial payments at any time through your payment portal. Just ensure the full balance is paid by the 30-day deadline. We offer convenient installment plans: 2-Week Plan (pay half now, half in 2 weeks), 3-Week Plan (pay in 3 equal installments), or custom amounts anytime.

If the balance is not received by the deadline, Concert Camp N Glamp reserves the right to cancel your reservation, retain your non-refundable deposit, and re-open your dates for booking by other customers. We'll send payment reminders, but timely payment is your responsibility.

No. All deposits are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. This deposit secures your dates and covers administrative costs, reservation holding, and lost opportunity to book other customers.

Refunds are based on when we receive your written cancellation: More than 30 days before event - refund of amounts paid less deposit; 14-30 days before - 50% refund less deposit; Less than 14 days - no refund. Your glamping experience includes: delivered and staged unit, climate control (heating and cooling), comfortable sleeping area with bedding and linens, kitchenette for basic cooking, and cassette toilet for emergency use only. Primary restroom access is the venue/camp facilities.

The maximum number of occupants permitted in each RV unit will be specified in your reservation confirmation. Exceeding occupancy limits is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
