How It All Started
From a festival fan's frustration to a fully restored vintage camper fleet — the story of how Concert Camp N Glamp came to be.
The Beginning
It started with a simple frustration. After years of attending major music festivals — setting up tents in the dark, sleeping on air mattresses that deflated by midnight, and spending the last day of every festival running on fumes — Lear Riojas asked a question that would change everything: why does festival camping have to be this hard? The music was extraordinary. The community was irreplaceable. But the physical toll of traditional camping was diminishing both.
The Search
The search for the right camper took months. Lear wanted something with character — not a generic modern RV, but a vintage camper with the warmth and personality that matched the spirit of the festivals it would serve. After an extensive search, the first camper was found: a lovingly weathered vintage unit with good bones and enormous potential. The restoration process began immediately.
The Restoration
The restoration was a labor of love. Every system was inspected, repaired, or replaced. The climate control system was upgraded to handle the extreme temperature swings of desert festivals. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable multi-day stay. The sleeping area was transformed with a proper mattress and custom storage solutions. The bathroom was made fully functional and private. Every detail was considered through the lens of a festival camper who had experienced firsthand what was missing.
The First Festival
The first deployment was a revelation. Guests who had previously attended the same festival in tents came back with the same reaction: they could not believe the difference. They arrived at every performance refreshed and energized. They had a home base for their group. They experienced the campground community without sacrificing the comfort that made it sustainable. The reviews were extraordinary. The word spread quickly.
Today
Concert Camp N Glamp now serves music fans at festivals across the American Southwest and Midwest. The fleet has grown, the team has expanded, and the mission remains exactly what it was from the beginning: to help music lovers experience festivals at their best. Every camper in the fleet reflects the same care and attention that went into that first restoration. Every booking is treated with the same hospitality that defined those first experiences.
Every camper in our fleet has been fully restored and is maintained to the highest standards. We inspect every system before each deployment and address any issues immediately. You will never arrive to a camper that is not ready.
We outfit our campers the way we would want to find them ourselves — with quality linens, a fully stocked kitchen, reliable climate control, and all the small details that make the difference between a good stay and a great one.
Our vintage campers have a warmth and personality that modern RVs simply cannot replicate. They fit the spirit of the festivals they serve — unique, characterful, and a little bit magical.
Our 4.9-star rating is not an accident. It is the result of hundreds of guests who experienced something they did not expect: a festival accommodation that genuinely exceeded their expectations.
"The camper was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable, and set up exactly as described. Eva was incredibly responsive and made the whole process seamless. This is the only way I will ever do Coachella again."
