Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your rental agreement with Sidi Corp Home LLC, operating as Concert Camper and Glamper. By booking a camper rental, you agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Rental Agreement

This agreement is between Sidi Corp Home LLC ("Owner"), a Texas-registered company, and you ("Renter" or "Guest"). The Owner agrees to rent you a vintage camper (climate controlled, sleeps 2, full kitchen) for the specified festival or event period.

2. Pricing Structure

Package price, delivery fee, and cleaning fee are non-refundable once processed, except as expressly stated in this agreement. The security deposit is refundable less any deductions for damages, violations, or excessive cleaning.

3. What's Included

Your rental includes delivery and setup at the festival campsite, post-event breakdown, basic linens and bedding, RV-safe toilet paper, basic kitchen supplies (plates, utensils, cookware), propane for cooking and heating, fresh water tank (filled), and generator access where permitted by the festival.

4. Renter Responsibilities

• Maximum occupancy: 2 persons (only registered guests may stay overnight)
• Use only RV-safe toilet paper provided (never flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or food)
• Report any mechanical issues immediately
• Keep RV interior clean and free from excessive mess
• Close all windows and vents when operating air conditioning
• Turn off all appliances and lights when leaving RV unattended
• Follow all festival rules, regulations, and quiet hours
• Comply with all fire safety and campground regulations

6. Damages & Additional Fees

You are financially responsible for all damages to the RV beyond normal wear and tear. Additional fees that may be deducted from your security deposit include:

• Smoking Violation: $500 cleaning and deodorization fee
• Pet Violation (unauthorized): $300 cleaning fee
• Excessive Cleaning Required: $150-$500 depending on condition
• Septic System Misuse: $250-$500 dump and cleaning fee
• Lost Keys/Remote: $100 replacement fee

Owner will provide itemized invoices for any repairs or fees. You agree to pay damage invoices within 15 days.

8. Festival Cancellation / Postponement

Important: Owner is not responsible for festival cancellations, postponements, curtailments, acts of God, government actions, venue/campground access changes, weather events, or lineup/artist changes. Renter acknowledges that festival schedules, amenities, placements, entry procedures, and lineups are controlled by the festival/venue and may change without notice. No refunds are issued due to festival-related issues beyond Owner's control, including lineup changes. Renter may transfer rental to rescheduled date if available.

9. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Renter acknowledges and agrees that:

• Use of the RV and attendance at festival events involves inherent risks
• Owner is not responsible for personal injury, illness, or death occurring during rental period
• Owner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• Festival environments may include extreme weather, crowds, and other hazards
• Renter assumes all risks associated with RV use and festival attendance

Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from Renter's use of the RV, violation of this agreement, violation of festival rules or laws, or injury/damage caused by Renter or Renter's guests.

10. Insurance

Owner maintains insurance on the RV for mechanical breakdown and collision. Renter is strongly encouraged to obtain personal travel/event insurance. Renter's personal auto insurance does not cover rental RV use. Owner's insurance does not cover Renter's personal property or liability.

11. Inspection & Reporting

Owner will photograph RV condition before Renter's arrival. Renter should inspect RV upon arrival and report any issues within 2 hours. Owner will inspect RV after Renter's departure. Damage charges will be assessed based on inspection findings, and photos will be provided to Renter if damage charges apply.

12. Emergency Contact

Renter must contact Owner immediately in case of RV mechanical failure or breakdown, plumbing or electrical system malfunction, safety hazards or emergencies, or accidents involving the RV. Emergency contact information will be provided upon booking confirmation.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from this Agreement must be brought in Texas courts. In the event of litigation, the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney fees and court costs.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements. No modification is valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
