By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All payments (package price, delivery fee, cleaning fee) are non-refundable once processed
Security deposit is refundable less any deductions for damages or violations
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons
NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the RV ($500 violation fee)
Use only RV-safe toilet paper provided
You are financially responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear
No refunds for festival cancellations, postponements, or lineup changes
You assume all risks associated with RV use and festival attendance
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas
